The Ashtanga Yoga Confluence that took place in San Diego March 1-4, 2012 was really an incredible experience for me and my practice.

I learned so much about love it reinforced the LOVER in me.

No one ever said it was going to be easy but life can be good.

I will be adding so much to this including, videos, photos, and my own commentary as I-build-a -blog!
