This MOTHER took some precious ‘me’ time yesterday and caught a little slack for that so I wanted to shout out to all the beautiful people in NYC & Brooklyn who help me keep my head on straight.

First because its freshest/

Thank the stars and planets hovering around the moon for bringing the great Paige Martin back in to my atmosphere.

Paige is not only this straight MOTHER’s girl crush she is so gifted in the art of Zero Balancing.

I’m regretting that she slipped out of my orbit for the last 3 years.

She set me on the path though and I have been spinning ever since, she taught me  to be concious of my body and its balanced position even while sitting or walking.

Balancing control of the body and the psychic energy cerebrally.

Paige touches and heals that way; intuitively in all the spots that are hurting.

I am a ‘zero balanced’ LOVER.
