So here we are in mid August a day after what would have been my grandmother‘s 100th birthday. Wow in context Haim’s dad is turning 94 in a few weeks. Grans passed just after I moved to NYC early in 1991.

I was so close to getting the family to retreat to Maui for the last 2 weeks in august but we are still here adhering to deadlines I guess. But as we are true LOVERs we are being fulfilled by this fabulous city.

Last weekend just passed this MOTHER and her son rocked Coney Island and the next day we rocked Rockaway. It’s going to have to be our Maui for now-ie.
