After Israel, after Copenhagen, after London (after Hyde Park), we went immediately to Camp High Rock at Bear Rock Lodge for a weekend retreat held by our dojo Ken Wah Kan (Fists of Peace). It was intense for this MOTHER and child~ karate all day including vigorous 6am hikes up the mountain in silence and meditations and exercises once we reached the top looking down into fields and fog. With all of us in our Ghees (karate outfits) positioned in the woods I felt like  an ARTIST reenacting scenes from japanese screen paintings.
